my cooling fan it's not working so i bought a new one and the guy in the store tested it in front of me and it works,
so i installed it and it's not working, i checked the fuse and it's good what else can i check.

You are talking about the radiator fan ?

I replaced mine twice on my '02. THe relay on the '02 is on the side of the engine compartment below the battery.

In fact I installed an alternate power source to mine, that is activated from a switch under the hood, with relays and fuses. Of course, since then I have not had any more trouble.

I think the basic problem was poor contact between the relay and its connector. The connector is definitely damaged. This time I twisted the blades somewhat to improve the contact, and it seems OK. I took my newest relay back out and now have it as a spare.

I have gotten them from the dealer, but the aftermarket has them also now.
