Hmmm, I thought I was never buying another GM product...if it happens they should kill Buick, maybe Pontiac and keep Jeep as a division at least.

Sure...afterall they are just rebadged chevys and Hummer is the poster child for the Greenies attack of Gas hogs...Jeep still get a little more of the kinder, gentler sort of enviro friendly tag.

Sounds like GM wants Jeep like Chrysler wanted Jeep from AMC.

A Jeep with ONSTAR.........hello.....hello....we detected a rollover/air bag deployment in MOAB....and we are dispatching a winched up and lifted Rubicon to your location....... :lol:

Cerberus is an investment group, thats what they do. They either buy up companies or start up companies try to build them up and sell them for the highest price. Its how they make money.

Cerebus trades Chrysler/Dodge to GM for 49% of outstanding GMAC stock. GM loots Chryco & kills it.

Renault buys Jeep from Cerebus.

I bought one foreign jeep when I got the KJ. I will not by a French car, if Renault gets their hands on Jeep again.
