How'd you mount the lights? Yes Terry, pray tell us how it was accomplished. It almost looks like you drilled the deflector and mounted them to it (something I have been toying with...). |

This isn't a good picture but you can get the idea. I used a piece of steel, bent it into a "J" shape. The bottom of the basket frame sets into the bottom of The "J". The top part of the "J" acts as a reinforcement for the plastic wind fairing. Then the "I" bolt goes through the plastic, metal backer and finally through another metal strip inside the basket. I didn't want to put a hole in the basket tubing because I was afraid it would weaken it + water might get inside the tubing. Doing it this way is very solid! Terry

They are not wired up yet.That will be done next week when a buddy of mine can help out on it. Physical problems so I can't do it alone. Terry |
