It has not been a good week for me--my son was hospitalized suddenly last week (released last night) and Wednesday my rear passenger window regulator went out (this window has only been rolled down maybe 6 times since I got the jeep). Anyway I was at the hospital around the clock going home only to shower & this window fell down & wouldn't go up. From reading this forum I knew I was doomed! My husband called the dealership Saturday morning, he went through the head salesman since he is a friend of ours & they got me in immediately so I was able to get the window fixed run home to shower & back to the hospital in 2 hours time. The bill hurt -$330.00 but the look on the the other dozen customers faces when I was in & out (on a Saturday)in less than an hour without an appointment was PRICELESS. My thanks go out to Arrigo Dodge of West Palm Beach for taking care of me during a family crisis! |
