Okay, I put the OME lift on back in the day (2004). It's been 100k miles since then and many of a drop down on a rock. My shocks are gone. I need some suggestions. Basically, I think I just want to replace the shocks for now and not upgrade to the latest lift kit. I am not at the point to spend another $800 on a kit. Also, for anyone in the NC area, if you have a garage and want to have a shock replacement party, I could be up for that too. It just has to be before Thanksgiving. |

Just order new OME shocks again, although I have never been able to compare with Rancho's, the usual opinion is that OME are a "little" better for a little more $. |

Well, I decided to go to Rocky Road and get OME shocks and struts. Shipping is more than Amazon, but the price of the parts was less. I just couldn't get past the issue that the part number on Amazon showed a shock and not a strut. I didn't want to order the wrong thing. Now, to see if I can get the fronts put on when they arrive. |
