If you actually have the EVIC console (w/ green digital readout and buttons) you need to remove the screw at the windshield side of the EVIC. **Use a regular non-magnetic screw driver here.** Next, pull the EVIC down holding it at the sides. There are 2 strong metal retainer clips that will work out after some careful pulling. Once removed, you can see that the EVIC is held by a wire harness leading to one connector. You can let it hang or you can stick your finger between the outer shell and under the wire connector to push the removal tap and pull to remove the connector from the EVIC. You can see the little bulbs in their holders. Unclip the bulb holders and pull out and remove the bulbs. You might be able to remove the bulbs w/o removing the bulb holders first. Bulb #578

If you find that the bulb was not the problem.... Well, you have an 06. But, the switches/bulb harness would be part #4760644.

If you just have the regular map lights without the green EVIC readout...Just pull down from one side of the light fixture. The newer models are just clipped to the headliner.

I am using 9x led ultrawhites 501 capless in the footwell, 6x led ultrawhite 264 festoon in the rear and cargo area so once I see what the front ones are like I will swap them in too :)
