Post subject:  Stupid pigtails!
been in search of a wire harness for the front right parking light/turn signal on my 04', Had some severe water damage in there and the connections are shot. Tried clening it out and dielectric greasing it, but it only minimally helped. I have looked online but found prices of $160!Hunted all the local salvage yards, seems libertys are extra reliable vehicles and accident resistant. Because out of about 50 acres of salvage yards hiked and scavenged not a single kj turned up. So now I have a funny situation, should I go ninja and gank some unsuspecting soccer moms wiring harness. Buy some generic plugs, break out mr. sodering gun and play, then fab some way for them to fit. Or... go to the dealer and pay mucho denero.

any solutions?

and no, the water damage has nothing to do with this picture

Even if you find a Liberty at a junk yard, the front is what is usually damaged or simply gone. :(

Before you run over to the dealer, try a local auto parts store. Suggest to them you're looking for a pigtail from AC Delco. It is my understanding they make pt's for just about every make, but don't hold me to that. - Good luck.

I liked the ninja Idea... probably soccer moms wouldnt even notice their wires are missing :twisted: :twisted:
