Has anybody had any issues with their driver's side seat belt latch NOT working all the time. Mine will have the "Fasten your Freakin' Seatbelt" alarm go off and I have to click it closed a couple of times to get it ti de-activate the alarm.

Sounds like a bad switch in the latch.

Warranty item since you have a '07,time for a dealership visit.

Or if it is just the bell that drives you nuts, you can disable that with a series of latch/unlatch tricks. It tells you how to do it in the owner's manual. I disabled my beeper after 2 days!

One reason to make sure it works is, at-least around here, If you get pulled over or are in an accident, the local fuzz can hook a reader to your computer port and see if the seatbelt was being worn at the time. So if i am stopped or hit by some fool, and they check it and it says that i didn't have it on when I did, then the accident is automatically my fault cuz i was breaking the law when the accident happened.

The "trick" to turning off the bell that is outlined in the owner's manual does not tell the computer that the seat belt is always latched/unlatched. It just silences the bell. You still get a seat belt notice light on the dash...

I haven't had any issues with the sensor on the buckle.

I deal with a weak retractor on the driver seat though and that can get annoying!
