threw a p0128 code. Code lookup says its a coolant thermostat. could this also be the coolant SENSOR code? or would that be a different code?? vehicle runs fine. and heats up ok. if anything, it could be running alittle colder. 2.4 Liter |

Sounds like a t-stat. How's the heat? Had to crank it more than normal? If it's running cooler than normal, the 'stat could be stuck open. The sensor itself is not likely to be bad with that code...if it wasn't reading the sensor, then we would have a different code. |

Thanks, That's what i was wondering. If it had a differnet code for the thermo sensor. Heater seems to have stayed the same, but im pretty warm blooded, and it's been cold here in wisconsin lately, can't say ive noticed a difference with that. much appreciated |
