Does anyone know of a good solution to replace the washer bottle cap? I lost myne and the dealership wants $60! I was thinking some of that self adheasive sandwich wrap, and a zip tie, or some metal clamp but then I thoguht the sandwich wrap would melt....

YourS must be totally different than mine. Mine has a rivet holding the cap on to the structure around the engine. I had top cut mine off when I moved my washer fluid bottle location.

Mine was basically a yellow plastic cap that was attached to the clear tube I guess.

Put a request out in the parts wanted as some guy that has relocated his water bottle will have one available. If I ever get around to installing the relocation bottle I'll have a cap available.

Just curious but what is the reason to move the bottle? Where do you move it to?

My front bumper didn't cover it up so it stuck out real bad and I broke the pump off it while off roading so now it is tucked way up in the engine compartment out of sight and harms way.

Let me go check if I didn't throw mine away. If not it's yours.

You are on the right track to a quick, easy, and cheap fix. Just grab a piece of thick plastic and cover it up, use a rubber band around it, for easy on/off. Of get lucky and find a replacement one at your local junk yard for “free”
