Im thinking about having a weld shop make a custom roof basket for my kj and was wondering if anyone has done that before and if yes what metal did you use?

size of the tubing?

I made mine out of 1 in. and 3/4 in. round tubing, it was a lot of work. If you can't fabricate
or have some friends that can you will probley be better off buying a factory made one cause
its gonna be $$$ to have a shop make a custom one. The shops around here charge $50 /hr
