Every once in a while the KJ doesn't want to start right away. Saturday on the trail it acted up also. But on the trail I would turn it over for about 5 seconds and it wouldn't start...stop for 1 or 2 seconds and hit it again and she fired right up. This thing on the trail happened twice. It wasn't over heated and no codes. Any suggestions on what might be happening?

Terry

Any codes?

What you descirbed could be from a injector with a small leak or a bum fuel pump.

Sounds like a fuel supply issue.Better have the key on/engine off fuel pressure,it should be over 45psi.Then check while cranking it shoukd not drop below 45psi.
