Anybody ever deal with this company? My local Jeep group has a guy who is getting a bad run around on a part he ordered. They shipped the wrong part and refuse to refund or exchange.
Details here if you are interested in reading: http://www.novajeepers.com/index.php?name=NewForums&file=viewtopic&t=29149

No, not personally. I'd make sure that guy informs the company that he will be spreading the word around the Jeep internet about his experiences. And don't just tell the schmuck who answers the phone in parts, go to the top.

I've ordered parts matter of fact and have no clue where they are?

I've bought from them more than once, and didnt have any issues. but that is odd that wouldn't refund your money...

I guess I will be more careful with them in the future.
