| Post subject: | Spare Tire Rod Thingy? |
Hey folks (new owner here), my spare tire on the back has a metal rod coming through the center of the rim...any idea on what i can do to endcap it or something so it doesn't look so awkward? It seems to be threaded, but I have no idea if something was supposed to go in there or not. Greatly appreciate your help!

It sounds like someone had a bike rack or something on there. Can you take it off? |

Yup, sounds like the Thule "Spare Me" bike rack. I have the same one. If you dont want it, take off your spare tire and remove the baseplate. |
