I would imagine so if you rough it up and make sure its really clean first. You want to bond to a new herc application or an old one... actually what are you trying to do, lol. |

I didn't want to run the fuel lines from the fuel cell on the underside of the cj so I was thinking about putting some pvc along the interior edges of the new floor that the fuel lines would run through before entering the firewall. The herculiner is fresh - was thinking of securing the pvc tube with epoxy to the herculined surface, then covering the tubes with herculiner... |

Couldnt you bolt or clamp that in place? The epoxy should work fine for what you are trying to do but i would worry about its permanency. You want to be able to access the lines if possible right? I would run a couple of sheet metal screws through the PVC into the tub so you can remove someday. Or use a silicone based adhesive so you have the option of removing the pipe. Or use the epoxy and beat the crap outta your CJ and forget about the fuel lines because you'll prob never have to see them again. Josh |
