htkrph,
don't pay to get it installed there is enough here in the norfolk area that can help you with it.

Spend a day at the hobby shop on base and it can be done.

I would go lift, lockers, wheels (but make sure they're the size you will want to live with should you later decide to mount mud tires), then do a roof basket. Cosmetic stuff should be last if you're serious about 4 wheeling.

I would also think about getting Al's A Arms to install at the same time. I am glad that I did mine all at once.

Lift, paint the stock wheels black then lockers. Do you Need a roof basket? do you haul enough gear to warrant it? If not, you get to your other goals quicker and then stash the money for repairs......eventually your gonna need it.
