I just replaced my tires and bought a set of GT Radial Savero HT2. Are these good tires? I didn't find many reports on the web. Supposedly it is a big company in China and GM uses them for their models produced outside the US.

I know that the GT Radial Mud tires are good. I have a buddy that ran the Adventuro M/T on his TJ and they lasted a while. I'd think they're a good company.

I did some research before buying them and it looked like an important company in China. The only thing that makes me worry is that it is an unknown brand for most of us westerners and the fact of being so cheap...

I still dont know if I like them so far. Just because they didnt explode in 2 weeks, i cant say I like them. If they are bad quality tires they can explode in the middle of the road some day in the future. My question was about quality/safety.

Well if tires are all good and they never blow up therefore, they are some kind of commodities, then why buying expensive tires then?
