My wife has the black altezza tail lights on hers

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2434197Sweepn are those off ebay? They don't look to bad either. Well I am going to hold off on thos light guards. Might get the plastic ones ha.
The black Altezza on my wife's Liberty are from e-bay, they look pretty good, my wife really likes them. However I found when installing them they didn't fit quite as snug to the body as the stock lights.
As for the plastic guards, I wouldn't waste your money on them. I used to have a Comanche before purchasing the Liberty, and I had all my lights caged. When I bought the Liberty one of the first thing I wanted to do was cage all the lights but there wasn't much in the way of light guards available at the time. I came accross the only light guards available, and they looked to be very simuliar to the metal guards I had on the Comanche so I ordered them. I was incredibly disapointed when they arrived and I found out they were plastic, & only secured to the taillight via two sticky strips, especially considering how much they cost.
I didn't, and wouldn't trust the two little sticky strips to hold the guards on so I actually drilled a hole right through the tail light and guard, ran a bolt through to secure the guards to the light, and used silicon and a black rubber washer to seal the light. If you look at my pics you'll see the bolt and black washer going through the guard right above the turn signal. I am glad I did this since I have seen a few Libertys around with the same guards and the sticky strips either aren't sitting flat to the light, or have come free, even the Liberty they had in the dealership on display a year or two later had the sticky strip seperating from the tail light.
At any rate, if I had it all to do again I wouldn't have purchased them, I either would have gone with the metal ones DryBones has (however I would be looking into the rub issue first), or I would buy these tail lights with the (air dam) guard built on.
