The 1st pic is of the transfer case i believe. Could it be that when it was filled the weather was cold and now with summer around the corner its been reaching close to the 90's. Would this have anything to do with it as there could be a vent or something?

Also the 2nd pic is of where the front driveshaft goes in to the front diff.

All fluids were changed a couple months ago with Amsoil.

I have not used 4WD for awhile but when I put it in there is no noise as if nothing is wrong.

Please let me know and if its an issue that I should take it to a Dealership?

Pic #1 is ok, but i would pull the fill plug and drain some (if massively overfilled). it's just atf, and your reasoning is sound.

Number 2, is most likely not ok. I would check that it was not overfilled, that the breather is not clogged, and finally, i would check the fill level and see if the leak is rapid. If it was overfilled it could leak in this mannar, but more likely is that it would leak from the plugs. This sucks. Maby it's just reallllly slow, or perhaps a different weight or type of oil wont leak (it has happened before) good luck!

that shaft seal is pretty easy to change if it comes down to it, just remember under almost all circumstances oil leaking goes to the rear or downward from the origin of the leak

also when oil leaks, it's not just a outward process, it also causes dirt to suck into the oil which causes accelerated part wear

check the fluid, make sure it isn't over or under filled, if it's underfilled top it off

take a can of brake cleaner and clean it off and see if you can find a more definite source of the leak

definatly looks like the shaft seal is leaking though, once you clean it off you'll be able to get a better feel of how fast though

I have had the same problem multiple times with the seals going out. I dont know what caused it but the dealership had to drop the t-case to fix the problem.

looks like you have two seals leaking, need to get them replaced soon as a seal leaking will also allow dirt and water/ moisture in, which could lead to more expense.

In the first pic I'm wondering if its leaking out of the fill bolt because there seems to be a lot of red atf4 fluid around that area. Perhaps you need to tighten that bolt up a bit.
