I changed my spark plugs at 60k and now i am at 75k.
Should I change them or let them be?

Generally speaking by 15k miles, the gap is wider than stock or plugs worn in a bit, from this rather hot ignition. Sure would not hurt to do them every 15k, I do.
Also around that time I inspect and clean the throttle body by using carb cleaner and lube the throttle plate door edges and pivot arm.
I also would ensure that the air filter and box are spotless inside and out.

I changed my plugs at 30,000 miles and they were worn but showed proper burning. They were the original OEM NGK ones of course. I replaced them with another set of the OEM NGK ones. When I get 20,000 miles on these I am going to pull the #1 plug and look at it. Depending on what it looks like I think I will try the Autolite double platinums. That's what I am going to do anyway. It is running fine.

You didn't say what plugs you used so I am wondering. If you used platinums maybe they will last better than OEM NGK's.

I did mine just shy of 15K and they were due. the gap was pretty big on the factory plugs. Besides, it's only 15 buck and you will make that back in gas mileage over the next 15K

autolites work well, or you can just go back to the NGK's that came stock with it

No, don't trust the gap out of the box, you have to get a spark plug gapper. DON'T forget the anti-seize.

ThunderbirdJunkie has NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER seen ONE spark plug that was gapped anywhere NEAR properly.

Also, ThunderbirdJunkie has never used anti-sieze on spark plugs.

good for you!

never seen people cheep out on FREE antiseize that takes all of 30 seconds to put on that will atleast help prevent having to rethread a head

if they were steel heads i wouldn't blink if you used friggin loctite

but they aren't, they're aluminum and the first time you have to rethread or helicore a head, even if it's someone elses, you'll beat yourself senseless with a torque wrench for not using antiseize

i've never had a plug seize either

but i have had to helicore and rethread even steel heads where the engine slightly overheated due to a radiator bursting or busted water pump

and at the temps our engines run via the high thermostat it doesn't take long
