How do you know when they are on shot. I get a little hum at 30-65 km/h range and rotated my tires and didn't change jack I suspect the wheel bearings might be the problem. If it is them last time I go in a mud bog. |

You're bearings will not go out just because you went in to a mud bog. They go out after much wear and tear. if it is happening right after the mud bog it is probably some mud or something stuck on your driveline somewhere that never got washed off |

Yea I know a mud bog isn't going to kill wheel bearings but just wondering if I could of got some stuff in the bearing although I know they are sealed. I just wanted to know how to tell when the wheel bearings are on the way out. I have 144k km on it and thinking it could be time to change them out. |

they'll start roaring, when on jackstands with the brake calipers off you can feel them drag - of course ignoring driveline drag |
