| Post subject: | Need Help With My Order From OffroadToyStore |
So I ordered my Rancho struts from Offroad Toy Store on July 1st. http://www.offroadtoystore.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc I have the email they sent with my receipt and all of that, totalling $170 with shipping. When I check my order status, it says "Received", yet I have not gotten a thing from them. I have doubled checked my information and it's all there, so I don't know what the problem is. They didn't give me a tracking number, just the little application they use on their website. Whenever I try to call, the number says that it's temporarily out of order. (303) 799-4183 I have emailed them several times, and no answer. I'm on a deadline, and I need to get these by Thursday at the latest. I don't know what to do. Order them from someplace else and cancel this order, but no one will answer so I don't know how to do that. |

That is not good. I have gotten the exact same run around from them. I recently ordered my SYE from them and have experienced exactly what you have. Sounds like they are going out of business and don't want to ship anything. |

Did you never get your SYE? Or even a reply to an email. |

No, I am in exactly the same situation as you. The worst part is that my buddy ordered the same SYE from them like 2 months ago and got it in 3 days. |

The problem with some of these places is they go out of business or crash financially, but their online ordering system remains on autopilot for weeks or months after the owners stop paying attention. Check this: http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/offroadtoystore-c215210.html |

So should I just order a new set, maybe form JBA, and somehow cancel the ones from Offroad Toy Store? |

Well that's not good. These guys used to be pretty reliable too. Dougie the dog and all that. Sign of the times. Don't presume the worst (yet). It's always possible something catastrophic and personal happened (hospital, death in immediate family, etc.). But it does seem like cancel and move on is appropriate. Too bad. They had some good stuff (33 Engineering). |

just a note, usually on those order status things, received means that they've received your order, then later the status changed to shipped, and later changed to delivered it's slightly confusing hope ya get the issue resolved soon |

I ordered from there and tryed to get the rancho struts too. Had the same exact thing happen to me. BUT They never took money out of my bank account...so I just thought nothing of it. I personally went to amazon and ordered my front and rear ranchos for cheap |

Yes, a house (Aberdeen Cir) close to the woman ( she lives one street over) I am dating and one of my good friends (he lives about three blocks away. If it was the actual business location, I would stop by and check it out for you guys but since it is a house, I am not going to visit someone at a house. |

I personally went to amazon and ordered my front and rear ranchos for cheap I went to my bank, and they didn't charge me either. I felt kind of dumb, but I didn't have my account information to check online. So I guess the business is done for good, cause they didnt charge me in almost 2 weeks after my order, and no replys... It's a shame, cause their prices for the Rancho Struts were so cheap! |
