Car Talk had a great little segment (Segment 10) on this week's show, a woman called in talking about how she test drove a Liberty and fell in love with it, even though it's loud and "unreliable" and everything else, she cant wait to get it. The host's speculated about the Jeep mindset being a cult... Its a fun segment, you should all listen

I've got an ear to ear grin. Thanks for the link. The guys are right though. Loving your car is something everyone should feel and most don't. The woman did bug me a little when she's like "I love it but it's not a Toyota and reliable" or whatever. She made up for it later, and I hope she takes the plunge. |

I love mine but it isn't that Jaguar I saw the other day never saw one before in person, was one of those XF jag's beautiful vehicle! I made up for it by waxing my Jeep today

Ah, the Car Talk guys are just down the road from here... in Harvard Square, if you look upstairs in one of the office buildings, you can see a sign indicating the law offices of Dewey, Cheatem and Howe. I haven't listened to the show in years, so I missed the show. And my old boss's wife had a nice Jag. Awesome vehicle, but I don't want one. I'll stick with my Jeeps. And yes, I'm a cult member. |

We had car talk on the radio on the way to" top of the world" trail yesterday morning but it was fading in and out so I did not here that part. I always try to listen to that show. |
