I'm going to check my tie rods cause I think those and the need for an alignment are causing my tires to wear pretty quick...mostly on the drivers front.

I know to check the outers you jack it up and move the tire or rotor with hands at 3 and 9 while looking for play in the outer tie rod end. What is the best way to check the inner?

just take it to the Alignment place and they can check everything out for you.
More than likely its just out of alignment. That alone can chew tires off real quick and no matter what you do, the tread will never grow back, tires are now junk
