I can't fix my avatar!

I don't know where I should have post this...sorry if this is in the wrong place. But my avatar is too big, and I know it annoys some of the guys in the forum. But I can't figure out how to make it a tad smaller. I'm not a computer expert by any means. If admin or someone else could show me how to downsize my avatar just a bit that would be great. Or if admin. wants to just do it themselves that's cool too. Sorry to be of trouble.

Thanks Grumpee! That's a lot better! Now, I copied the link to your resized one and used that. Do you want me to try and save it to another place and link to it from there? Or is it OK to just link to it from your site? I can try to save it elsewhere to get it off your link if you want.

No problem. If you could save the image to your computer and host it elsewhere I'd appreciate it. I'll keep it on my webspace until the end of the week.
