That is the axle breather.... it should clip up by the gas filler tube |

few alright thanks, ill just rid it up so its there thanks...o yea, its fell off cause i put some BIGGER springs back there 
and for the record, the OEM springs compressed a lot with the spacer, these OME springs barely compress |

BTW you can extend that rear axle breather tube to higher up if you want. |
