Cleaning the garage and figured it's time to do something with the stock shocks and coils off the 05 KJ. Is there any value to these or should I just landfill them???

If some one needs them and they are useable parts then yes they are worth "something". Don't landfill them, if anything take them to a metal recycler and get some money as apposed to paying to trash them.......
