Jeep Salvage Yard.....SWEET

Hey just wanted everyone to know if they didn't already that there is a jeep salvage yard called Midwest Jeep in sounthern Indiana. Just moved down to where they are located and found them purely by accident on my way to the home center. They have a web site but it will not be up untill Monday. I was just there today and they really have alittle of everything from CJ's to KK's and can find what you need if they don't. The stuff I was looking for seemed to be priced right too. Anyway, just wanted to get them out there on the forum.

Vincennes Indiana is where it is located. The guy I talked to said most of what they are going to do is phone orders. They have so many parts hard to list them all. Yeah I told him he should stock up on liberty window regs.

I just dove past Vincennes yesterday on my way to Evansville.

Down here for work, but my KK is at home, company car here with me

This sounds cool, maybe an oportunity for some people to get some tow hooks

yeah the one liberty they have is a five speed renegade....pretty cool I thought have not seen alot of those. The liby salvage I guess was a roll over and the roof was peeled back from the A pillars to past the rear seats like a can of tuna. I was looking for a cheap light bar, unfortunatly the light bar met its maker. All that was left were the mounting hardware on the roof. Yikes :shock:

Rear caliper bracket mounting bolts to start... Some how, I lost one and after I called a dealer, I found out they are 17 bucks and at least a week out from OK. I was able to get a regular 8.8 at napa for now, but I would like to put the correct 10.9 flange headed bolt back in....

Also I wouldn't mind a second set of head lights....
