So my computer crashed a couple of weeks ago. It had crashed several times over the last few years, but managed to recover with some work. But this time was a total loss. So, now my computer is up and running again, but I lost everything that wasn't backed up, which most of my backups were primarily docs and pics. Luckily whenever I take orders they are all done on written invoices, so I know what everyone has put in for. As far as my ability to update my website and every single email prior to this week, totally gone. So if you have emailed me before November 1, you will need to email again. Please bare with me with responding to any PMs or emails. This crash just added another great big pain in my @$$ on top of my already crammed schedule.

I posted some stuff that needs to move out of my way in the vendor section and the for sale section.

Ouch that sucks!

Do you use outlook or outlook express for your email? There are files for each that you could back up on occasion to save all of your emails. I'm going to have to start doing that for mine. My wife's computer went nuts about a week ago and I would have lost all of my email but I was able to get those files saved before we wiped it out.

As far as your website, can't you get that from the host or "view source" to at least get everything that is currently updated?

I was using express. I thought all of my emails would have stored to my server for my site, but they aren't there. I will be able to manage my site hopefully soon, but the program I used is gone and I don't have the boot disc to reload, so I have to install something else. I am using Mozilla firefox and thunderbird for my browser and email, and I like them a lot better than the microsoft programs.
