Well, it was bound to happen. Happily my KJ is not even scratched...the other car not so lucky, lol. Jeep versus Saturn, hands down Jeep will win. Darn plastic cars. I will keep you all posted as it develops. As for whose fault...still out. I got a citation but they believe she backed into me and hit me. We shall see how it plays out.

I’m sure your ARB didn’t notice that anything happened.  tjkj2002 plowed into a car with his ARB and suffered a scratch. The other car had his trunk shoved in............. Gotta love ARB.

What was funny is I totally thought the guy behind me hit me and I thought you idiot. Then I realized I was the idiot that hit the one in front of me 
She said she was fine at the scene and I took a ton of pics and video of her walking around. Then about 2 hours later I get a call from my Ins saying she has neck and back issues due to the hard hit, lol. I sent the pics and they adjuster called me back and was laughing saying they were going to have fun with this case. *rolls eyes* great. |

yeah, i would agree. I got hit from behind, she was going 55 on a rain slicked road and destroyed her hemi charger, and totaled her charger and my back did not hurt at all but about an hour later... HOLY s*** it hurt. and still today it hurts, 2.5 years later, and I have had to have MRI, neck/hip/back injections, specail insoles(which are crap) and a whole sleu of drugs. So i would seriously try and get it over with soon!!! |
