Ok, I've been trolling the site for 2 days know and can't find a definitive answer.
I want to change the rear fluids.
I have an '03 KJ Renegade.
Do I need to add the rear slip additive when I change the oil and what/how much do I use?

Only if you have a limited slip rear. Does it have this on it?

I have foudn that if you use a synthetic, try it first without additive. If the rear does not chatter, good to go. If it chatters, add some additive. The Ford Racing Motorsports additive seems to work the best. |
