first question...my tire pressure light keeps coming on at random moments and the tire pressure is completely fine. do ya'll think it is just one of the sensors is messed up?

second question...i have read that the frankenlift is awesome but i really don't have that much money to spend right now. is the rocky road budget lift or rockfather kit good? will it ruin my jeep quicker? any suggestions?

thanks. appreciate it.

I have no say in the budget vs franken... i just went straight franken...

check the pressure in your spare tire that might be what the light is tellin ya... if you have an overhead display it will tell you there which tire is low

well the weird thing about my tire pressure is that i went to get my 45,000 mile check up and they told me that my tire pressure was low in all four of my tires and my spare was high but my overhead display said all my tires were fine. so i guess my overhead display info is wrong.

Where? Jeep dealership?

I'm almost tempted to bet it's not the computer that was wrong - Almost tempted...

I have been wondering how the tire preashere thingy works on mine I have never seen a warning yet and I have the overhead mini consol too. My friend has an 08 Chevy Silverado that has it too his tells you which tire is low and the preashure in each tire above the odometer. The thing is it has to have the tire location programed in to it somehow and the last tire place that rotated them didn't do that....now its all a mess and the locations are wrong. Does Our Jeeps system require the tire locations to be programed after tire rotation too? I have not gotten a rotaton yet to know myself. I just got new tires a few months ago and they are due to be rotated in next month or two.

I would verify the (overhead) computer is working correctly. Sometimes those tire people aren't the experts they think they are.

You can Buy OME springs and OME or Rancho shocks for all four corners for about $650. Then add a clevis lift up front and an extra isolator or two in the back and you will be just about the same as a Franky for half the cost.

I found My answer in the owner's manual page 272, the premium system finds the tire locations on its own. Nice thats way better than Chevy's system
