that's quite a list my friend maybe this help, i don't think the blower only working on 4 has anything to do with anything else that symptom is common and can be fixed with a new blower resistor info here viewtopic.php?f=3&t=47156&hilit=blower |

Hi there thanks for the reply i had noticed that fix earlier for the blower , have to admit the blower has been the longest standing issue just seems like such a mission for such a small fault |

It sounds to me like they're right about the BCM being bad. Almost everything you listed as not working is controlled by the BCM. Everything you listed as working is not. |

You can download the circuit diagram from SCRBD..there is a link to it in the Sticky in Jeepforums.com, section 8 is the circuit diagram part of the whole Service manual....link might also be on this site but I am new here! I had a lot of electrical issues on my 2002 2.5 CRD which the dealers in Nelspruit were scratching their heads about..with the use of the diagrams and lots of Electronics experience I sorted the issues out...bad wires in the harness!

I had the same problems and it ended up to be the BCM body control module. |
