I need to get a powdercoat that matches the ARB millenium grey front bumper and was wondering if this has been figured out already. Anyone have a powdercoat spec for this? If not, has anyone had it done?

I would like to know that too... I like the ARB front bumper and well maybe after I lift mine that can be the next mod. It would look good to match the flares and rear bumper to the grey for yours for me I could do that or paint the ARB Green to match my Jeep.

Ive bought a few ARB bumpers but Ive always gotten black. Can you get other colors? If not what are people doing when they match the bumper to their paint sceme? Are they sand blasting the bumper then powder coating it to match their paint?

The ARB's for the KJ come in a gray color to match the Sports flares, just use the color code for the Sport flares to get the proper color(a call to the dealership helps here).

I bedlined mine, just scuffed with brown scotchbrite pads(80 grit),cleaned with wax/grease remover and bedlined.

I spoke with ARB and told the guy I wanted to colormatch one of their bumpers. His response? "Black". I told him they were grey and he said "no, the only bumpers they did that were grey were on the liberty". Finally he understood that I was interested in the liberty, but he had no information on the powdercoat because it is done in Australia

Very lame reason. I'd guess he could send an email on my behalf but I guess I'm on my own.

Real easy to go to any good powdercoater and say match this.
Or go to any automotive paint store and have them scan the paint on the bumper for the correct color. They have a small machine that they sit right on the paint and will show every color needed to make that shade.
Also could cut off part of your bumper and take that to them

Any automotive paint supply shop should be able to do it. One of the Harleys I built, the girl wanted it painted with a new white pearl that Harley had come out with. Borrowed a fender off of a new one at the dealership, and took it to the shop and they matched it perfect. Harley had not even let the paint codes out yet on that color.
Cool little machine

The paint guy used a fancy machine that took a photo of my paint and matched it.
