okay... so after many a tow, i have narrowed down my rattle. it is the fact that I could not put the sleeve on that goes over the hitch pin in order to fill up all the space = no rattle. So i dremeled out the area and could get the sleeve in. my problem now is that i can not get the locking part to lock anymore because there is not enough room between the top of the bottom plate of the bumper and where the hitch pin locks. I have an idea... just buy one that works, but what are all of your ideas. Thanks!

I have been pulling a trailer a lot lately. To stop the rattle I pounded a wooden shim in the gap where the receiver insert goes when in the hitch.
