I believe that link you posted, is just for the bulbs and not the ballasts, you need to find a kit with the ballasts as well. Definitely read this page first though http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech ... sions.html (Courtesy of FreedomKJ) If you still want them, this one should work. |

In addition to all the posts above (thanks infernicus ) those wouldn't even fit in your headlight housing. Those are made to replace a 9145, which is a foglight bulb.

I just assumed he was looking to replace the fogs, since he didn't mention otherwise. |

Safe bet to stay away from ebay stuff. Otherwise, HIDs are totally gangster. |

I'm usually a little wary of eBay items, but these work, and have been for three years or so, so they get my approval (not that that means anything) |

Well the only reason i was thinking about using hem is that my headlights and fog lights are pitted pretty good. So i was just looking for a solution, any body else have this trouble ? and what did you do? thanks for the info on the bulbs by the way and I decided to go with the Silverstars.. I was told today by another friend with a jeep he said real Jeeps don't even need lights they feel the road. lol. |

If they aren't really deep then I'd suggest looking into a plastic polish, something similar to what is sold for repairing scratched iPod screens. If there is a lot of deep pitting your only real option is replacement. There are a lot of headlight and fog light housings on eBay for pretty cheap, and even some projector fog lights that are designed to replace the OEM fogs perfectly (on '02-04 KJs), though I don't know if anyone here has tried them, so quality is unknown. After you repair or replace the light housings you can look at getting some headlight protection film. There are a large number of sources for this and it appears that many of them sell pre-cut film for the Liberty. |

Chip Foose was doing up a 2010 Mustang....he sanded the fog & headlight len's with 1000 then cleared it. I was going to try this....but if you'd like to and let me know how you made out. |
