Mine are the same with the owners manual but seem to be correct with what is listed on the inside of the fuse panel cover, as best I can tell, also I cannot find a fuse layout in the fsm

Does your fuses look tha same as mine. Which is wrong? My OM or are my fuses different than any other libbys?

Your fuses appear to be the same as mine, but the listing do not agree with the OM, if you look on the inside of the fuse panel cover there is a listing of what each fuse controls, and from what I can tell is accurate.

I noticed when I installed my EVIC several of mine were different from the owners manual.

Well lets see. If cavity nr 1 has an upside down 15amp and the OM says it's a 20amp.. I would say something is wrong (mine is the same way). I recently had my lighter socket/front power to stop working. Now.. I don't have the smokers package so am I to assum the power outlet under the Heater/AC controls is the power outlet or is it the lighter socket? Anyway, I've checked both fuses for 31 and 1 and they are fine. I even switched them around with the rear power outlet and they are fine. However, I have no power to the socket for the front. I also had someone say the OM and fuse layout isn't right. Short of checking every fuse, I'm sorta in limbo right now without going to the dealer. I assume this is covered under the 36/36 bumper/bumper warrenty? It's got 29k on it so maybe a trip to the dealer is instore, but then again, in a few months, it's time to turn it in, then again, a trip?. maybe not...

I have had the same problem. My power outlet in the front doesn't work and I can't find a popped fuse. WTF?

I don't know how u guys are checking the fuses, but instead of pulling/replacing fuses there is a handy tester avail at most auto stores or Radio Shack for like $2 or $3. Leave the fuse in place and touch the two little probes to the little exposed metal slots on top of the fuse while it is plugged in. If it lites fuse is bad. Much simpler than pulling every fuse and putting it back. :D
Of course, now that I try to find it online I can't!
I found this one at Ace but it's $10.

It is not a question of whether they are good or bad, the problem is that there location/identification, what purpose they serve, in the owners manual is wrong

I really dont understand why someone like DC would make the OM wrong, i would really like to give them a call and complain. Acutally, my fog lights didnt work this morning, so i guess i have to go pulling fuses to see if one is blown! If not, i guess its going to the dealer.

Per the FSM Fuse 19 is for fog lights, but looking at your fuse panel picture cavity 19 is empty

haha, it was in 19. 20, the one below it is empty. I actually messed this one up. I had my hellas on that fuse and just stuck a wire in with the fuse to give my switch power for my relay on my hella's. I recently took that wire out and put it on the park lights so if i accidently hit the switch on the hella's(with there covers on), they wouldnt come on unless the parks were on. I guess the wire that i had stuck in there bent the prongs that the fuse gets power through, just had to bend the prongs back. Simple fix, i thought my 65watt fogs i put in had messed something up.

By the way I was incorrrect about the fuse identification being marked inside the cover, went and looked and realized it was my Ram that had the markings, not the Liberty

Jeepjeepster, I see by your SIG that you have an 04 limited, which is what I have.
So i'm curious as to whether you have the right manual ( should be stated on the cover) because mine calls for a 15 amp blue fuse in slot 1.
Can't recall off hand what all it was for but when I find time I'll type up a list from my book.
On a side note I have the DRL relay in mine but no high beam relay, so Im assuming that high beams go through DRL. (I think DRL is basically the high beams running at 40% power or something)

Hmm, wonder if the highbeam relay works in the DRL slot? would be cool. Be sure your OM is right before you type all that up, and if you do type that up, THANKS!!

I have an 05 with the same situation, the owners manual and fuse locations do not match, wrong amp fuses, fuses where spaces should be, spaces where fuses should be, I finally found a fuse diagram in the FSM, it lists the fuses but not their function, and guess what it does not agree with the fuse panel or the OM.

I also looked at that in the fsm, doesnt match either. I dont understand how they screwed this one up?!?!?

I just used my volt meter. I removed the fuses the OM said were for power to the front/rear and lighter outlets, check continuity, then put them back in and checked for voltage. They all had proper voltage. That's why I asked the question in another thread of these things had "fuseable links" as I might have blown mine. Guess I need to go through and check ALL the fueses to ensure they are marked/listed right. That gadget you showed is cool but I had the VM in hand so I went the old school way..
