Took the KJ up north this weekend to go snowmobiling in the mountains of NH. Couldn't been happier with the towing abilities of the Jeep.
I was towing with my Open 10' 2 Place trailer with one sled loaded in the center to distribute the weight. Round trip was aprox 600 miles and I ended up filling up twice. My average speed was 70 MPH and it had plenty of power to go. Other than getting used to a short wheel base. It was a great experience.

I don't know how I did on MPG based on normal use because I only had it for a couple of days before I went on my trip. Will know more this week.

I ended up installing a Reese Class 3 hitch on Friday. I thought I was going to be able to have it installed in about 30 minutes based on the ease of access. This was not the case. The welded nuts within the frame rails were so full of garbage and rust. I ended chasing the threads with a tap for an hour before the bolts would engage the threads without any binding.

On a side note - during the time going to the Insurance company and a couple of other things. Someone stole the spare tire cover from the back.....WTF?
