I'm trying to install the tcase skid, all of the holes line up but 1, so i shouldn't have to do any drilling because there's plenty to hold it up. Anyways, maybe it's just me, but I don't see how these inserts work for the holes? Here's a picture of what came with the plate. Can anyone explain what exactly I need to do to get the inserts into the holes? I followed the instructions but maybe I'm not understanding them very well. Thanks

Ok, looking at your picture for reference. The black "bolt" with the nut insert on it is a tool and that nut insert came with it; you don't need that insert so put it aside. Grab one of the other four inserts, the bolt tool, an open end wrench and a socket wrench (sizes listed on the instruction sheet). Find one of the 6-sided holes in the Lib's frame and insert the nut untill the flanged end is flush with the frame. Thread the bolt tool with your fingers into the nut, hold the loose part of the tool with the open end and tighten the bolt head part of the tool into the nut insert with the socket wrench. The part of the nut insert in the frame will get pulled down by the action of the tool and mushroom out and pinch the frame tight. When you are installing the nut insert into the frame, keep tightening with the socket wrench untill it feels good and snug but there is no need to crank it down teeth gritingly tight. Install the remaing inserts then you are set to install the skid.

thanks, i got it, but i actually did have to use teeth gritting force to get them to mushroom up inside. man, i'm blown out from intsalling this thing. Not to mention I could barely fit under the thing. I need a lift and some big tires. Only the latter will happen unfortunately. I'm still on 215/75's but will be getting 235/70's eventually.
