I had that happen about a year or so ago. I believe I had to have the rear latch replaced as there was some corrosion starting on some of the electrical portions of it causing that to happen. I had that replaced and haven't had a problem since. I never saw the recall for it, just had it replaced. If I remember it wasn't very expensive to have to replace.
Funny story, it happened to me once when I hit the lock button on the remote the window opened. I was like "I didn't hit the rear window open button?" Then I went out in the pouring rain, tried again to lock it and same results. I had to shut the glass and then lock it with the manual lock on the door so I didn't use the remote
It was really weird to have it happen while driving too. I had the dogs in the back at the time and they were happy as heck that they had all that fresh air for awhile til I got stopped!
