So I got my springs yesterday and guess what?!? I was sent OME 928 instead of OME 948. :dizzy: :dizzy:

However... (dramatic climax :seuss: )

2 phone calls fixed the issue. I'll be damned if that wasn't the easiest mix-up with shipping involved I've ever dealt with. Makes me wonder how I would of done if I had went to RRO. :goink:

Well TECHNICALLY it wasn't his fault since my order was right, but the guys who did the shipping had one too many the night before. :5SHOTS: :5SHOTS:

You forget, the owner/President/CEO is always at fault, even if it was an employee's fault. With leadership, comes responsibility for the team's actions.

Very cute, but no.
Though I wouldn't be surprised if they still fit on the KJ. With Durango shocks going onto the rear, who knows what else we could swap out from other vehicles. :pepper:

They have great customer service. Back when I bought a pair of upper A-arms it was obvious the jig was off during welding. One call and a new A-arm was on the way with a return shipping label for the bad one.

And once again JBA stepped up and took care of the problem without all of the B.S. you get from so many places. Cool.

We? :ROTFL:

Marlin's voice and demeanor are so calming,I bet we're being hypnotized on the phone and don't even know it.

Where else can you get an awesome set of A-arms and save your soul with one phonecall.

You would be emailing Glen 500 times with a reply like " you must be reading it wrong cause in 2,000,000 lifts we've sold we have never once had a problem"

There are several people who are running their lifts. And from what I'm hearing, they seem to be a good lift.

considering how much weight i've got hanging on the rear, the JBA25 is even with the front at 21"

i have 927 ome's in the front

I find no fault with the JBA25's, i wish they were stiffer than they were, but then again.. i also wish tires didn't break and rubbers didn't wear out :o

And since we are on the “customer service” subject, you can always return your JBA lift if you’re not fully satisfied. Now that my friend is customer service.
