Mine stated 42RLE when I have a 45RFE among other things
not factory mods, just stuff that no dealer can be 100% accurate on with the early 03's since the early 03's are pretty much 02's with 03 coils and and few other differences

Does anyone know of a website where I can punch in my vin number and get a list of options that came with my '05 Liberty Renegade.....? I understand the insurance companies have access to such a site, but I don't know if there are any available to us common folks..... |

Thanks Jeepin, I just filled it out and sent it off... I Googled "VIN lookups" and all the sites provided were either paid services like CarFax, or others like them who wanted copious amounts of money, and none provided a build sheet...... |

got mine back in a day or two at most, it's pretty quick i also emailed them back some feedback, considering 1/4th of the information on it was incorrect, and it will be incorrect if you have an early model 03 |

Got it in today's inbox, pretty detailed build sheet, couldn't tell you if everything is correct because I just don't know enough about these vehicles to say one way or the other..... Kinda pathetic really....I've owned and been driving this thing for close to 5 years, and really know every little about what's in it. Thought about trading it in for a 4 door Unlimited, but realized how much I really like this vehicle, this was my inspiration to sign up on this and a couple other Jeep forums to learn more about these Liberty's..... Now instead of trading it in on something else, I'd like to modify it to better suit my needs and keep it around for a long time.....(heck, I owned my Toyota 4X4 pickup for 12.5 years, and before that a '71 Chevy pickup for 9.5 years)...... |

the jeep.com one should be the same exact printout that a dealer can print, sourced from same system some of those other places may send the email to jeep for you for a cost heh |
