I have a question about a vendor and I would actually prefer a PM as I don't want this topic to turn into flag waving or flag burning. So just PM me here with your response. I ordered some chrome lug nuts from All Jeep a little over three weeks ago. Tyler called me a few days later telling me he was having trouble getting them and could he substitute. I told him that the Gorilla Lifetime Guaranty were an adequate substitute. I haven't heard from him since nor hae I seen the order. I have emailed him twice, about a week apart, and no reply. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt but the clock is ticking on Paypal's 45 day dispute initiation. So, please PM me and tell me if I should be patient or if you have had bad experience too. AGAIN PLEASE PM DON'T REPLY HERE! Thanks in advance! |
