Hello.....I was recently backed into and the insurance company is cutting me a nice check! My question is, would anyone be concerned about the dent on my unibody (specifically where the arrow is pointing)? I would rather use the money to "fix-up" my Jeep than "fix" it! However, if this little dent in the unibody is going to weaken my vehicle I would rather get it fixed.

The first pic is straight on, the way it was hit. The second picture is looking in the fender from the drivers seat with the door open. BTW, the dent is the front drivers side. Any advice would be greatly appriciated!

Thanks, Im no expert either.....thats why I would rather get some new tires than fix the dent! I just dont want it to bite me in the @$$ down the road for not getting it fixed.

That dent will have zero effect on the uniframe strength.

Have the visible damage fixed and have then touch up that hidden dent with touch up paint to prevent rust then pocket the rest.

MOD IT! That dent will have no effect on the strength of you unibody. Like TJKJ said just throw some paint to prevent rust and spend the money on tires or lift!

Heck, Part of that area doesn't even EXIST on mine anymore! :pepper:
