So I am driving to the store Friday evening when POP there goes the right front window. I have only been through this 10 times (although this was the only window that had yet to fail up to this point). So Saturday morning I call my dealership- Centennial on East Arapahoe road in Centennial (Southeast Denver area). I explained that this makes this vehicle absolutely non functional. I cannot take hits like this every 6 months or so.The service person, Ed, said to call back Monday to speak to the service manager. I said "But what can YOU do for me?" He said just a minute, put me on hold, came back and said "bring it in, we will take care of you." I was there within 15 minutes. An hour later they had fixed it with no charge to me. New window, new reg, the whole shebang. In fact, the service person said "rumor has it that there will be a recall." Who knows, but I will tell you this, my dealer was fantastic to do this for me. I have been out of warranty for over a year, so thank you Centennial. When I can ever purchase my dream Rubicon, I am buying it there.
