It's a incomplete spacer lift(no rear shocks).

Not trying to be a d**k by any means..but why ask a question if your not going to take the advise. When I got my liberty I asked the same question and did research on the spacer lifts. They are a waste of money, all they do is push up your already sagging coils/springs. You still would need new shocks. Save up and get a kit that will last longer then a year or so.

i'll buy longer shocks soon but im not going to but down a couple g's down for a 4X2 if i had a 4X4 i wouldnt spend atleast 2000 buck on suspension.

I put this very same lift on my '05 Renegade, and I'm happy with it.

The only thing you need to consider is the mileage on your Liberty, the stock springs do start to sag after 40,000 to 50,000 miles, I only had around 25,000 on mine when I installed the Daystar spacer lift since my springs are still good, if you have high mileage then the advice given about doing it right is good advice, if you have low miles and are pinched for money, then it's not all that bad of a second choice.

Also....you do not need to replace your rear shocks, this kit is made to work with your stock front struts and rear shocks, and you also do not have to lower or relocate your brake lines, the only additional items you will need is extended bump stops. Again this also depends on your mileage, if you do have over 40,000 miles, you'll want to replace your struts and shocks anyway.

Because 99% of poeple are cheap a$$es when it comes to the 2nd biggest purchase they ever make.Let them buy the cheap junk and let them learn the hard and costly way.

dude some people just cant put down that money for fun. i have done way more low budget lifts and if it get the job done wat more do you want. i dont doubt that an OME kit will be far better and handle like it came from the dealer of in a jeeps case better. but when you have to spend $4000 on classes eve semester plus book then theres rent is a lift really top on the list.

so just ask i will give my suspension that much use. will rockcrawl every day or du i just need or want a little extra clearance

Not ment to get under anyones skin but it is the truth sadly. From working in the automotive field for more years then I care to remember most have that "cheap is better" attitude which always leads to being more costly in the long when they have to upgrade fairly soon or they end up in a shop(which I see alot and costs alot of $$$).But then again I was brought up with "do it right the 1st time" attitude and it has always been cheaper in the long run after looking back over the last 20 years of legally driving/owning a vehicle.

There is a phrase well known with Jeeps, okay there are two.....................

1-Just Empty Every Pocket
2-You gotta pay to play

nothing wrong with the 1st time right thing Im building a 71 buick GS and if i cant get nos i dont buy it but thats a car that needs it and its worth it cause its a classic.

not to shoot down my jeep but like i said i have a 4x2 any lift is purely looks. and besides i have had cheap lifts and hi end. no doubt it far better but. i still enjoyed the hell out of my cheap lifts. and like i said its how much you can afford and wat you plan to with it.

Post subject:  Re: I have a question about a lift

its a 4x2....... a lift seems as pointless as a lifted cutlass with 24" rims.... or having more money in rims than youre car is worth...... dont waste your money lifting a 2wd vehicle.... if you want 4x4 looks, you shoulda bought a 4x4.... youre gonna put cheap crap on youre vehicle then probably blame your jeep when it poops out.

RELAX. i paid 11,000 for my 07 4x2 sport in 08 with only 16,000 miles it was that or a yaris. if you wanna give me some cash to buy 4x4 please do. till then i just want my car to be a little tuffer looking. i dont judge your style i said i would buy it for mine.
and explain how my libby will brake down from spacers. people have been putting spacer in there cars for ages.

P.S where do 24s on a cutless come in>

Cars maybe but you are driving a Jeep which is heavier and makes no sense to go cheap. Totally agree with Troy
