Good find, Tony!!!

With the exception of an actual bolt-plate with the 3 bolts already through it, this looks just like the Reese/Drawtite and the copies that Landy made (of which I have the last one...)!!! :D

EDIT: On second look this sits MUCH lower than the other ones and does not require the removal of the whole bumper, just the airdam...

No I got the last one. :mrgreen: Landy hooked me up with one that he sold to a guy that crashed his KJ before he installed it. :mrgreen:

Yeah eeehr after all it seems like not such a great find, the hitch under the bumper facia is a bit low for my taste.

But you could modify it, much easier then building one from scrap.

The website is funky. For example it lists different applications for XJ Chero, XJ Wagoneer, and MJ Comanche when they are all the same from the back of the front doors forward.

IIRC, Curt is the manufacturer listed and it is the one that hangs out and is exposed?

They sure changed them a lot. That sticks down 5 or six inches lower than mine. the one I have comes out right behind the front licence plate.
