I have a nocking sound coming from front driver side suspension. I've replaced upper control arm, lower ball joint-(mopar), and made sure everything is tight. So what do ya'll think? Bad strut? It's pretty new. It's made th sound ever since I lifted it.

Grab the axle and see if it moves around and makes any noise. IIRC, that side is known to be somewhat sloppy for the factory and can make noise.
Could still be a bad strut, as I had a Rancho go out pretty early.

It's made the sound ever since I put the Rancho on there. Do you think the Rancho is defective from day 1. If it is bad, would it make that kind of sound?

Sounds simple, but is the sway bar tight? It makes a big clunking sound if it is loose.

What part of the sway bar are you talkin about? I tightened it where it connects to the lower control arm. If I disconnect the sway bar, would that help me narrow it down? Could the bushings be bad?

After I lifted my Libby, the swaybar did not sit right. I had a big clunk when I was driving. I would jack the the truck up by the Lower A-arm to load the suspension and loosen and retighten the swaybar links. This should reset the bar in the correct position. After I did this, I had no problems.

Edwin i would not unhook the sway bar and drive it, bad idea. I have a clunk in the rear and took the shocks off and drove around and it stopped, found that one!

Why did you replace with a factory ball joint? I would of gotten the moogs. Did you get jeepin als uppers?

All I could think of is the cv like already said, or bad strut.

I replaced ball joint with factory one because I was tight on money, and I was waiting to see if DC was going to recall it. Next time the ball joints will be replaced with Moogs.

what speed do you hear the sounds at? Bushings on the sway bars are know to squeak and mine amplifed after the lift and are mostly noticable at lower speed, 30mph and below.

Yes, at low speeds.

Just hte bolts that connact the bar to the control arm. I had disconnected my sway bar a while back, and was about 1/2 a turn too loose, every time I hit a bump or uneven surface I got a little clunk/pop from up front. It was driving me nuts. You can just toss a rachet onto the nuts to test them, no need to disco the whole bar.

You could drive around with it disco'd (only 4 nuts or so) and that would definately confirm or rule out tightness/bad rubber. It is a little squirly though, so be careful and go slow if you do it!

Use a silicone lubricant for the bushings.

Hmm, I dont know what to tell you edwin. There is only a number of things it could be. Ball joints would be the first thing to pop into my head, you replaced all of those though. Could it be a bad ball joint on the left side sounding like its on the right? Check to see if everything is torqued good. Bad strut is the only other thing I would think.

If you unhooked the sway bar and it still did it then it cant be the bushings.

:( At least you have the party to help out. Watch out, you might get a lot more clunks afterwards
