My advice to you is: DON'T PUT IT ON! I ran one of those for about 30,000 miles, then removed it. If you look at it before you install it, you'll see that it actually DECREASES the inside diameter of the throttle body - this is counterintuitive to more / better airflow. Also, after about 15,000 miles my throttle started to squeak whenever I accelerated. I had to remove my throttle body and clean the hell out of it!

The next time it started doing that, I removed it. There was 0 (zero), zip, nada, none, NO increase in acceleration or fuel mileage or any other benefit that the manufacturer claims. The simple and hard truth is that the engine is designed to run optimally straight from the factory. TBS were never intended for fuel injected engines. The computer controls all the airflow and fuel mixtures anyway. I even had a K&N FIPK II under the hood. I removed that about 20,000 miles ago and have been enjoying about 2.5 more mpg's!! Take it back to the store and buy your Jeep a nice set of new spark plugs instead!
