I have swapped out 9 of my 10 rear studs and 1 of my front now. The front and rear are two different studs. The rear you can buy at any autozone/checker but you may have to modify them just a tad. They come just a little too large in diameter to slide in easily. When I say easily I mean it will take a few extra turns of the lugs to get them to pull in all the way or very close too. At either of those locations you are looking at anywhere from $1.89 - 3.99 never did figure out why the price difference. Seems to change with them from time to time.
You can also go to your local jeep shop and they may have 1 or 2. I just did that and they are a perfect size and are only 5.99 I think it was.

Hope that helps.

Does the UK have multiple automotive-aftermarket stores like the states? Perhaps the MOT doesn't want anyone but the dealers selling parts :)

Silly question, Jimmy, but have you checked with the next closest local jeep dealer? The "closest" went bust for most of us, too, but there are a few left out there... At the least, you may be able to get the part numbers and (potentially) order them for less elsewhere. I'm guessing the UK dealers probably ALSO perform highway robbery on seemingly inexpensive parts like this.

Sorry about that, I didn't even notice you were in the UK. Here in the States any parts store has them...usually. You could also try online as I think most would ship to you but not sure how much it would end up costing you in shipping charges. You could also try Ebay...maybe. Keep us posted.

Thanks for answers ,I didnt know they were different front to back , anyone got part numbers for front and rear? Yeah we have parts stores over here but they wouldnt have the parts listed and I dont know dimensions of studs thread type ect. Will have to try another dealership there are 2 within 25 miles and another about 65 miles away.

From Autozone:
610-447.1 Front wheel stud
610-446.1 Rear wheel stud

I can't remember what the part numbers were from Jeep.

Hope it helps.
